The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore stores, restaurants, and government buildings. Guests can enjoy views of the mountains and the bustling downtown core from the private balconies in their chic, clean rooms. the spacious tiled bathrooms with Jacuzzi tubs and modern shower heads offer a luxurious touch.
The cleanliness of some of the bathrooms has been an issue for some guests, with reported hairs in the tub and toilet.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, particularly during the rain. The restaurant area is beautiful. The rooms are unique and comfortable. The food in the hotel restaurant is outstanding and reasonably priced.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right on the edge of downtown where all the action is. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the terrace, where I could relax and enjoy the view. The restaurant in this hotel was outstanding, with delicious food and exceptional service. I also appreciated the leisure facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool and garden area. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly memorable.

Had a lovely Xmas stay and the hotel was very comfortable. The breakfast included was great and really filled us up for a day of sightseeing. The location was just a short walk from the main square which was perfect for exploring.
The pool was not heated, so it was too cold to swim in. Additionally, the towels provided were quite old and uncomfortable to use. the hotel was okay, but there were a few minor issues that could be improved upon.

Great Easter experience at a boutique hotel! Enjoyed the unique rooms and the top-notch food served at the restaurant. the staff were amazing and provided excellent service in every interaction. the included breakfast was a pleasant surprise, and the free Wi-Fi and business center were useful. the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance.
The background music was slightly loud, which could be inconvenient for some guests. the room safe was a bit small, and we had to request a larger one.
